HostLabs account holders must be at least 18 years of age. No person

HostLabs does not knowingly collect any information from minors

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to transaction
information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts
and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, contact information
(e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.
Consumers
can update this information online using http://hostui.com or by
writing to us at the above address.
Dissemination
of Information
HostLabs will release personally identifiable information about
you as is reasonably necessary for the provision of HostLabs services
for which you have subscribed. This includes, but is not limited
to: provision of financial information to organizations such as
VeriSign, Authorize.Net, and MerchantMachine.com for HostLabs billing
purposes, provision of contact and software usage information to
our license providers for the purpose of licensing compliance, licensing
usage calculation, and billing purposes provision of your account
information to independent contractors providing services in support
of HostLabs' delivery of services to you. (Note: all independent
contractors to whom HostLabs provides account information are required
to sign a nondisclosure agreement).

Information that you provide to HostLabs to apply for separate software
or hardware licenses go directly to the software licenser and is
subject to the privacy policy of the licenser and not this Privacy
Policy. In addition, HostLabs may release personally identifiable

claim or right to which HostLabs is a party. HostLabs will also
release personally identifiable information as required by law.
